 Note to Claimants who submitted Proof of Claim Forms:

Please understand that there are thousands of claimants and therefore thousands of forms to be analyzed and verified before the Receiver will be in a position to make any recommendations to the United States District Court regarding an appropriate distribution plan and process. Once that recommendation occurs all claimants will be advised of the process, calculation and recommended distribution. An opportunity for claimants to object to the process or any part of the distribution plan will be afforded. Once the United States District Court finally approves the plan and distribution, payments will commence. The timetable for all this activity is unknown, but the Receiver and his staff are moving as fast as humanly possible to reach this endpoint.
