Message to Claimants - December 2011

We continue to receive calls and inquiries regarding the status of the Court's action on the Receiver's efforts to distribute the 19 million as approved by the Court on July 1, 2011. We are still awaiting Judge Margaret B. Seymour's rulings with regards to all 200 plus objections that the Court must consider and rule upon, in a written Order, before the Receiver will be authorized to distribute the proceeds. Although, we don't know when a decision will be handed down, we can assure you that the Court considers this matter to be very important.
