Message From Receiver - May 11, 2012

On May 11, 2012, the Receiver placed the checks for distribution in the U.S. Mail.

The Claimants who are eligible for distribution and their respective check amount(s) were taken directly from the Revised Amended Schedule for Net Loss Amounts and Initial Distribution Amounts filed by the Receiver on April 30, 2012 (ECF Entry No. 919) and approved via Court Order on May 1, 2012 (ECF Entry No. 920).

It is possible that some checks will take weeks to be delivered so we ask that you do not call the Receiver's office before May 31, 2012 to inquire as to the whereabouts of your check.  If a check is returned to the Receiver's office for insufficient address, the staff will make every effort to contact the Claimant.  In the event that a check is lost in the mail and remains unnegotiated, the Receiver will reissue that check upon request, only after the proper amount of time has passed.
